Staff indicated that the sanitizer was prepared at the beginning of the shift (around 6 AM), and the inspection occurred at 11:50 AM., *Staff then prepared a new solution, which tested at 200 ppm of QUATS., **To maintain the effectiveness of the sanitizer solution and ensure proper sanitization of dishes, sanitizer solutions must be tested before use and prepared fresh after each load of dishes or every two hours, whichever comes first.
