Bow Valley Empanadas - Events

Operator's sink lines froze overnight and the faucet handle broke off so the sink was not operational at the start of the event. Food handling was occuring at this time. , Operator was asked to stop all food handling until an appropriate sink could be set up in the booth. Operator had a camp jug but no spigot onsite and so left to go purchase a spigot. , Operator was able to set up a temporary handwash station and was allowed to resume food handling.
